Ruthann Brown of Celebration of a Lifetime, who has been caring for the maintenance and beautification of Patriots Point for over 12 years, has held the ceremony for five years.
Speakers included Clinton Police Sgt. Jay Hunter, Clinton Emergency Medical Services Lt. Paul Smith, Clinton Fire Department Commander Kevin Cahalan and Clinton Town Councilman Bob Smith.
Monica Harvey performed, as did bagpiper Cliff Delany. A minute of silence was observed at 8:46 a.m.
