The parade will consist of eight professional floats presentations; 27 local floats, including the return of the county's anniversary float; performing groups; the North Hunterdon and Voorhees High School marching bands; St. Ann's Bagpipe Band and the Alexandria Middle School band and dance team. The 29th Annual Clinton Guild Christmas Parade will be held Friday, Dec. 4, starting at 7 p.m. The parade will begin with the Guild's float promoting their 29th year. Town Crier, Gene DeCleene, Parade Executive Director, Frank Hooper and a group of wonderful people representing the Clinton Guild and former parade participants will ride the float. DeCleene and Hooper are excited to lead the small town parade for 2015.

In addition, there will be our ever-popular costumed characters with crowd favorites such as Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Ronald McDonald and crew, Winnie the Pooh and Tigger and many more. Making a debut at the parade this year will be the beloved "Sam the Snowman" from the classic movie, "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer!" Also new to the parade this year will be the Madcap girl elf and the Sugar Plum Bear.

The parade route will be the same as last year, forming on Center Street. The parade will then turn left onto New Street, right onto East Main Street and proceed over to Main Street. It will then turn right onto Lower Center Street, which is a great spectator location. The parade will proceed up Lower Center Street, turning left and ending after crossing the Halstead Street bridge. Drop off and pick up of participants will be at the Clinton Community Center.
Shuttle buses will provide transportation from the South Ridge Community Church (located on Pittstown Road just past the entrance to Walmart Plaza) to the Clinton House Restaurant. Buses will start at 5 p.m. and will return immediately after the parade. Porta-Johns will be located at the Lower Center Street parking lot just behind Main Street.
