During the eight-week program Harmon learned skills in first aid, firefighting, water and ship safety, Naval customs and classroom study with an emphasis on physical training and fitness, in addition he served as section leader.
Navy Fireman Apprentice Cody J. Harmon of Frenchtown graduated from U.S. Navy boot camp at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Illinois on Aug. 21.
During the eight-week program Harmon learned skills in first aid, firefighting, water and ship safety, Naval customs and classroom study with an emphasis on physical training and fitness, in addition he served as section leader. Harmon will continue advanced training as an Electrician's Mate at Great Lakes.
Cody is the son of James and Karen Harmon of Frenchtown. He is the grandson of Arthur and the late Phyllis Harmon of Edison, NJ and George and Gloria Hahn of Surfside Beach, S.C.
