One area resident is supporting Christopher Walker for a seat on the Flemington-Raritan Board of Education.

Chris Walker is one of the people running for the Flemington-Raritan Board of Education.
Having known Chris for over 10 years, I can attest to the fact that he would be a great benefit and resource for the Flemington-Raritan Board of Education and I encourage you to vote for him.
Chris Walker has a wealth of experience that makes him well-suited to be on the board of education. Chris is a father of two children who are still elementary school, a private business owner and a teacher at the local high school.
This gives him several important perspectives.
As a taxpayer, he is cognizant of the importance of making sure taxes stay as low as possible; he does not want his taxes to go up any more than you do. As a community member and a coach, he interacts with the public much more than the average person, and as a result has been able to really get to know the members of the community and what their concerns are about the district.
Chris is a great networker, which enables him to be a great representative of the community because he is in touch with the community's priorities and concerns.
As a teacher of the local high school, he is much more cognizant than any other Board member and most other community members of how the decisions made in the Flemington-Raritan district can affect a student's success, or lack of success, at the high school level.
This is invaluable experience that he can provide to the board of education that will help the entire Board to make more informed decisions.
I believe that Chris Walker will be a great asset to the Flemington-Raritan Board of Education and I give him my full support. I hope you will do the same by voting for him on Tuesday.
