EAST AMWELL - A 75-year-old woman was hospitalized Saturday after she was thrown off a horse in East Amwell, according to state police.
State police were called to 107 Van Lues Road, a farmland in East Amwell after receiving a call around 3:30 p.m. that the woman was thrown from the horse. They arrived to find the woman alert and conscious and transported her to a nearby hospital for treatment, police said.
No updates on the woman's condition were available Saturday afternoon.
