ANNANDALE - Celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Hunterdon Land Trust while enjoying a full-course dinner at the annual Farm to Table Gala on Oct. 9 at the Beaver Brook County Club.
Chefs Matt McPherson of Matt's Red Rooster Grill, Marc Viscomi of the Fired Up Flatbread Co. and Julie Klein of Lovin' Oven are combining their culinary talents to create a memorable dinner with ingredients provided by local farmers.
This year's menu features seasonal farm-fresh food including:

Proceeds from the gala benefit the trust's efforts to protect open space in the Hunterdon County area.
