HAMPTON - A Ford transit van apparently struck a Ford F150 pickup truck parked on New Street on Wednesday.
The accident happened at approximately 2:10 p.m. The transit van was apparently heading west when it struck the F150, which was parked on the right side of the road, according to those at the scene.
The driver was transported to Hunterdon Medical Center by the Clinton Rescue Squad. No information on the driver's condition was available on Wednesday afternoon.
Responding were the New Jersey State Police, Hampton Fire Department, Glen Gardner Fire Department, Clinton Rescue Squad and paramedics from Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Township.
