The Amish Outlaws closed out the 40th annual Music Under The Stars Performing Arts Series at Deer Path Park in Hunterdon County on Thursday.
The concert drew a large crowd on a comfortable summer evening.
Four of the original six members of the Amish Outlaws were born and raised in Lancaster, Pa., and had a strict Amish upbringing. But, at 16, after "Rumspringa" (running around), they decided not to be baptized into the Amish church.
This year's performers also included the Best of the Eagles and the Captain Jack Billy Joel Tribute in August. Kicking off the series in June was the Hunterdon Symphony and Hunterdon Harmonizers and, in July, Scott DeCarlo the Full Count Big Band, Jim Barone Elvis Tribute and the Tusk Fleetwood Mac Tribute performed.
