Robert W. Fakelmann, who worked for MetroTek Electrical Services, has been indicted for allegedly using company assets to make personal purchases.
UNION TWP. - A former employee of MetroTek Electrical Services has been indicted by a Hunterdon County Grand Jury for allegedly using company assets to make personal purchases.
Robert W. Fakelmann was indicted one one count of theft and one count of unlawful use of a credit card, both third degree offenses. The indictments were unsealed on Thursday.
It is alleged he used the card to make personal purchases of between $54,000 and $70,000 between Jan. 1 and Nov. 3 of 2015. He is alleged to have used "a company credit card, cash, checks and corporate assets with purpose to deprive Metrotek Services of said property."
MetroTek's website previously listed Faklemann as president of the firm. The site no longer lists him as part of its management team. Faklemann's last known address was Frenchtown.
