Pots of flowers are nice, but they're not a park where people can walk and relax, maybe after visiting Liberty Village, or after lunch or dinner, or even a play or movie.

Maybe what Flemington needs is a park in place of drab parking lots and a hotel and adjoining buildings going nowhere.

Trees, grass, flowers and a fountain. People love to be by water. It should be located nearby restaurants and maybe have some vendors in the park too. I've been thinking that a park might do it.
