A Hackettstown woman was charged.
CLINTON TWP. -- A Hackettstown woman faces charges including possession of heroin with intent to distribute following an incident here.
Clinton Township Police officers and detectives from the Hunterdon County Narcotics Task Force found Traci Mrozinski, 28, of Hackettstown with 42 bags of heroin, police said in a release Thursday.
The incident happened on March 29, at 6:10 p.m., police said. Officers approached Mrozinski in the parking lot of a business on Center Street and saw the heroin inside her 2009 Toyota, police said.
Mrozinski was charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute and driving while in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, then released.

In a separate incident, a man from Hampton and a woman from Montclair face multiple drug charges.
Glenn Priece, 47, of Hampton was driving a 2007 Nissan Pathfinder on Route 31 north near Route 513 on Tuesday at 11:45 p.m. when he was stopped by an officer for allegedly having a light out.
The officer found that Priece had a suspended driver's license and saw that he appeared to be under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance. Further investigation found he had a bag of cocaine, several bags of heroin, Suboxone strips, and assorted drug paraphernalia.
Priece and his passenger, Christine Carlo, 25, of Montclair were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance.
Priece was also charged with driving while in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, driving with a suspended license, and failure to maintain lights.
The two were taken to the Hunterdon County Jail with bail set at $15,000. While at the jail, Carlo was found to have another five bags of heroin, police said.
