READINGTON TWP. -- While investigating a minivan parked at an Exxon gas station at 1:46 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 9, Readington Township Police found two men urinating in the parking lot, which led to the arrest of four additional people on various drug and warrant charges, according to a news release issued by police.
Daniel L. Deloach, 37, of Norfolk, Va., and Michael K. Frederick, 27, of the Bronx were first seen urinating near the vehicle in the gas station parking lot, police said.
As an officer approached the minivan, he detected the smell of marijuana coming from the car, police said.

An investigation then revealed that Deloach had crack cocaine and a glass pipe in his possession and was wanted out of East Rutherford, according to police. He was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Deloach was lodged in the Somerset County Jail.
Frederick was wanted out of Homdel and East Rutherford, according to police. He was lodged in the Bergen County Jail.
Passenger Jazmel Johnson , 30, of the Bronx had marijuana and a grinder in his possession, and also gave officers a false name, police said. He was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and hindering.
Johnson was released pending municipal court.
Passenger Stephen Jones, 23, of the Bronx had marijuana and small plastic baggies in his possession, according to police. He was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jones was released pending a court appearance.
Passenger Courtney Simmons, 30, of the Bronx had marijuana in his possession, gave officers a false name and had a warrant for his arrest out of East Rutherford, police said. He was lodged in the Bergen County Jail.
Passenger Donald H. Gardner, 29, of the Bronx had a warrant for his arrest out of Woodbridge, according to police. He paid bail and was released pending a court appearance.
Additionally, in separate incidents, police arrested Patrick T. Sharkey, 46, of Morristown on Friday, Jan. 8 on a Readington Township municipal court warrant and Michael T. Franco, 20, of Whitehouse Station on Sunday, Jan. 10, on charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding and reckless driving, police said.
