On Jan. 15, the group will be knitting and crocheting for charity, to benefit the Outreach groups. On Jan. 22, two guild members will demonstrate Smartphone Apps for use on iPhones or iPads and in Droid format.
The Hunterdon County Knitting and Crochet Guild will have a Demonstration of Smartphone Apps for Knitting and Crochet, and will also be Learning to Measure Ourselves for Pattern Customization, as well as making some Charity Projects this month.
On Jan. 15, the group will be knitting and crocheting for charity, to benefit the Outreach groups. On Jan. 22, two guild members will demonstrate Smartphone Apps for use on iPhones or iPads and in Droid format. The Apps can be used for knitting or crochet to track row count, track repeat count, and keep track of several WIPs at once.
Also, on Jan. 22, participants will practice measuring themselves for the perfect sizing and personalization of a project. The group has welcomed 12 new members since the fall.
